He is one of our greatest All Black heroes and national icons. A man who stands with values and strengths that are admired and respected far and wide. Sir Colin 'Pine Tree' Meads has for so long not only achieved highly, but has allowed us all to come with him; following him on his growing journey as he generously gives his time, knowledge and skills to many kiwis and organisations around him.

Now it is time to thank the legend himself in this stunning evening of memories, highlights and tributes. Rub shoulders with some of the greats, as Sir Brian Lochore, Andrew Mehrtens, Keith Quinn, Dick Tayler, Jamie Mackay, Peter Williams, Peter 'Blackie' Blackwell and many more come to town to help us honour the one and only Pine Tree.

This is your chance to salute the man; to honour a New Zealand legend who is most deserving of such a celebration in honour of his life, career and achievements. Sir Colin Meads has contributed heavily and selflessly to the Tauranga and Bay of Plenty community in so many ways. This is our opportunity to thank him. Support him. And give back to a man who has given so much.

A Charity Auction will take place to raise funds for some of Sir Colin Mead's favourite charities. These charities will be announced prior to the event date.

ALL proceeds of the Charity Auction will go directly to the charities. This is separate from the commercial underwriting of the event.
